president, retail executive, West Coast market, responsible for leading
the implementation of strategic and annual plans. He will also oversee

market manager with the duties of managing a territory of up to 25
banking center locations.
A Tampa resident, Norkin attended the University of South Florida where
he graduated Cum Laude with a master’s in business administration
following earning an undergraduate degree with a double major in
economics and international business.
